What is the best treatment regimen for an fungating SCCa of the scrotum arising from untreated genital warts invading into the groin and base of penis with bilateral inguinal nodes?
Surgery would be very extensive and would not be likely to clear the disease. Do you divert these patients if treating with CRT?
