What criteria do you use to guide your decision on adjuvant radiation for thymic carcinoma?
Additionally, would you give elective nodal coverage or just the postop bed?

We use NSCLC regimen to treat thymic carcinoma, either preop chemoRT or adjuvant chemoRT for advanced disease, positive margins, etc..

I agree with @Ying J. Hitchcock's answer regarding adjuvant treatment. I have treated patients with definitive chemoRT and even RT alone when they were not surgically resectible, whether for medical or surgical reasons. A platinum-based chemotherapy has been utilized.
