What adjuvant treatment would you use in a woman with triple negative, LN negative metaplastic breast cancer?
Patient has grade 3, pT3N0 disease and is s/p lumpectomy.

Given these tumors tend to frequently overexpress PDL1+ and show evidence of TIL, I would strongly encourage enrollment in clinical trials which include neoadjuvant immunotherapy.
