How would you manage a primary dural low-grade lymphoma?
Would you consider observation following surgical resection with negative margins? Would you recommend WBRT and/or ISRT? What would be your preferred dose and fractionation?

There are two types of presentations:
localized or multi focal.
For localized I would treat the involved site to 24-30 Gy in 12-15 fractions
