There is a recent publication that nicely summarizes the molecular/genetic tests for prostate cancer (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26123120). What should be done if molceular/genetic testing suggest potentially using an intervention where traditional indications are not met? For instance, an individual s/p radical prostatectomy without any of the traditional indications for post-RP adjuvant radiotherapy, but with a high risk Decipher score; would that push you towards adjuvant RT or would it just help you in the event that someone does have indications and is debating adjuvant vs potential eventual salvage?
