Outside the context of a clinical trial, I typically use RICE or RDHAX for transplant eligible relapsed/refractory DLBCL. BioCORAL gave a signal that GCB like DLBCL may have better responses with RDHAX (Thieblemont, JCO, 2011), but I haven't seen the data repeated in other studies. If a patient has ...
