How do you counsel peri- or post-menopausal women diagnosed with HR+ breast CA who wish to continue receiving testosterone supplementation?
Would you recommend the patient stop testosterone upon this new diagnosis? If the patient is not amenable to stopping, would you incorporate an AI in her treatment?
