Do you omit APBI for lobular histology?

Based on Mill et al paper showing increased IBTR rates with ILC vs IDC (https://theoncologist.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/onco.13980)

If meets the other criteria, we do offer APBI. GEC estro and NSABP randomized trials did include lobular pathology.
