Are there any situations where you would you add docetaxel to gemcitabine + capecitabine for locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer?
The GTX (gemcitabine, docetaxel, capecitabine) regimen is listed as a category 2B recommendation in the NCCN guidelines- when would this be appropriate?
